Laura: Excuse me, I've lost my keys. Has anyone handed one in?
Brunsó: A keys? How many keys? Is there a keyring?
Laura: There are 3 keys and there's a keyring that is a dog.
Brunsó: A dog keyring with 3 keys. Hold on a minute. I'll go and have a look.
Laura: Ok, thanks.

Brunsó: No, sorry. I'm afraid we haven't got anything like that. Where did you last have it?
Laura: I think I left it in the toilet.
